WHAT IS THE SHORTEST SOLERA ROLLER TUBE AND MATERIAL YOU SELL I ONLY NEED LIKE 70 INCH PIECE AND I WILL PROBLEY HAVE TO CUT IT FORM A LONGER ROLLER

You will indeed have to cut it down (which is perfectly fine for the tube) as the shortest replacement Solera roller tube is 12 feet:

You also mentioned material, and if you were referring to fabric we do not have any that is 70 inches.
