I have a 2015 RAM 1500 Crew Cab with short bed. I have a bakflip hard tri fold cover and looking for a bed rack system that works with my cover installed.

There is a ladder rack that will work for your 2015 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed and BAKFlip tri-fold tonneau cover like the BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26207. Because this and similar BAKFlip tri-fold covers are inside the bed rails and leave the rails and stake pockets open, you can use a stake-pocket mounted ladder rack from Adarac:

For a tie-down kit that works with this rack use the Adarac Tie-Downs # A4000882; you can also use the Load Stops # A4000880.
