I do have an option for you but unfortunately the Bargman lens 34-59-010 you are looking for is no longer available. The lights themselves are also not available.
I can offer you a virtually identical light in the Optronics # MCL32RB. This is a 4" long x 2" tall x 1' deep red LED clearance or side marker light, and will be virtually identical to your Bargman LED lights.
