Does Tow-Rax Propane Bottle Rack Come with Pre-Existing Mounting Holes

This would be perfect for my utility trailer, but I was wondering if it comes with pre-drilled holes or if I have to punch through the aluminum and create my own?

The Tow-Rax Propane Bottle Rack # TWSP2BRA does not have pre-existing mounting holes in the material (see attached) so you'll have to create them for your application.
