What is Weight of Lippert Solid Stance part # LC96BJ

Question:
I am planning to install this Lippert support on my 2019 Newmar Bay Star 3609 motorhome . It has three steps which are electric. My concern is the extra weight hanging on that bottom step when the steps are in stored position on the road.

The Lippert Solid Stance part # LC96BJ is actually lighter than it looks as it only weighs 6-1/2 lbs.
