No, the Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System for Pioneer Platform # RRRFRB1 you're looking at does not fit the third generation Toyota Rav4's.

I checked with Rhino Rack and it looks like they actually don't make a backbone mounting system for this generation.

Instead what you could do is install a set of crossbars like the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2, with the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and the Custom DK Fit Kit # DK043 and then use the Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack for Crossbars # RR42115BF.

This would essentially be the same thing as using the backbone system only now you'd have a perfectly good set of crossbars you can use for other roof mounted accessories.
