Question:
I want to purchase brake assembly. My model number is DEMCO SB40716-15 on a 2005 Karavan boat trailer. My brakes have reverse lockout, and dual servo. I see the ones you have listed do not have reverse servo and they are part number 40716-15. Is that ok or do I need to purchase with reverse lockout? Do I need duel servo or not?

The Demco brake kit 40716-15 that you say you have on your boat trailer is a direct match to this kit:
- Demco Hydraulic Brake Kit # 40716-15
This is a free-backing kit though so it may be that your reverse lockout isn't necessarily needed if you're wanting to use these same exact brakes.
For a duo-servo brake kit that matches the mounting bolt pattern you currently have you can use this kit instead:
- Demco Hydraulic Brake Kit # DMSB18794M-93M
The lockout feature has more to do with your hydraulic actuator than the exact brakes being used.
