Whats the difference between Stealth Hitches model SH34VR and SHR31003?

The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH34VR is our part number which is the Stealth Hitches part number SHR31003. I do recommend installing the Towing Kit # 391CONVA7 with the receiver. This will give you a ball mount for towing as well as the wiring needed for a 4-way flat trailer connector.
