I got a curt class lll 13066 hitch for my 2014 Kia Sportage sx dual exhaust I will not be doing any towing with this hitch its only for a bike rack will this hitch work for me?

According to Curt you will need their Receiver # C13120 since you have a 2014 Kia Sportage SX. They said their Receiver # C13066 which you have will not fit the SX trim. It does appear the SX has a slightly different rear fascia which is an issue with the other receiver.
I do recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118526 when you install the receiver. While you won't be towing these will power Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are often required due to the Bike Rack # SH22G with bikes impairing the view of the tail lights on the vehicle.
