Need to replace mountain hardware for Thule Cascade 1700. Please advice what is the part number. And is there any way to polish scratches on the top of the box? Thanks

According to my Thule representative, the actual mounting hardware originally used on the Cascade 1700 is no longer available. The good news is that a mounting kit for newer boxes, the EasySnap U-Bolt # 43216 is available and will work with your Cascade 1700 cargo box.
If you have the older model without the spring loaded EasySnap, then use # TH04997.
