I recommend measuring your factory cross bars on your 2015 Acura MDX to ensure they are less than 3-1/2" long and 1-3/8" tall. The rails must be spread at least 45-3/4" to attach the Inno Phantom 466 Rooftop Cargo Box # INBRM466BK.
