I need a replacement AC unit for my 2003 American Tradition 40W. The current unit is a Coleman Mach Airxcel 9000 series. I need something compatible with my thermostat

For a replacement that will work with your current Coleman setup, including the thermostat, I recommend the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup. We have a 13,500 Btu model # ACCOL135 as well as a 15,000 Btu model # ACCOL150. This includes the adapter wiring kit that will allow for a plug and play installation with the Coleman wiring, as well as a start capacitor.
