For your 1978 motorhome, we do not have any replacement door knobs however we do have some replacement door latches that you might be interested in.

All you're going to need to do is measure the cutout of your current door knob and take note of your door thickness.

For instance, something like the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019 could be a great option and would work with doors that are 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick, and have cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall.
