I did check that SKU on the tag you sent and it corresponds with a pretty pricey replacement for just one and while we do not carry the exact replacement we do have another solution that you might be interested in.

What you could also do if you didn't want to use the expensive replacement you could use the universal Solera Smart Arm Electric RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC759404 which comes with 2 replacement arms, is compatible with your 3000 series Solera Awning, and is also the same color and length as your current arms.

I know you only needed one arm but you could just replace both for half the cost essentially.
