Is the Mini-Momentary Switch # 37213725 an On/Off/Off Switch

Question:

Emailing to ask if this part, that you have, Mini-Momentary Switch - On/Off/On - SPDT - Black Item # 37213725 that I found on your etrailer website. Is this the switch that can be used for remote switch for the onan generator in my RV. I looked at it closely, you have three prongs, so is my part. But, it says on-off-on. What I have is on-off-off. I dont know how to explain this, but when I press the button at the top, it is on. When not pressed, the middle is neutral off. When I press the bottom, it is off. This part you have above is on-mom-on. Is that the same thing to what I described above? Please advise. If thats is going to work, then I need to order that part.

No, the Mini-Momentary Switch # 37213725 does not work like the switch you described. The # 37213725 will be on when pressed up or down. It is only off when it is released in the middle. It may still work for you, but I am not incredibly familiar with our generator.
