For your Dometic Sunchaser awning, I recommend going with the Solera 18V Power RV Awning - 18' Wide - Rechargeable Battery # LC729505.
This will replace your current Sunchaser awning, is battery powered, has an automatic rain dump to prevent water from pooling, and has a simple bolt on install.
Also, you're going to need the Solera Awning Rail Extrusion # LC715217 to attach the awning fabric to the RV.
