I have a 2018 Chevy Colorado with a 52inch bed, I am looking for a ladder rack that will work with a hard tri fold tonneau cover. I am looking for the tonneau cover and rack, I would prefer both to be made by the same company and also made in USA. Do you have such products?

Very few ladder rack companies also offer compatible tonneau covers so you would have to use two different branded options, especially since you want a hard-folding cover. For your 2018 Chevy Colorado the I recommend the BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK126126 along with the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX86NV. These two a confirmed to work together cohesively and would give you a ladder rack that can be adjust to different mounting points and adjust from 18" to 28" tall.
BAK covers are made in Springfield, Missouri and the TruXedo Elevate ladder rack is also made in the USA as well. I've attached a couple of videos below that will show you installation and go over the specs of both items.
