Question:
Is this the hitch I need for my truck. The delaer installed a Class II Toyota hitch for the original owner. Is there any issues with me swapping for your Class III?

I checked with Draw-Tite and trailer hitch # 75527 fits all models of the 2010 Toyota Tundra WITHOUT factory installed trailer hitch. If the hitch on your truck now was a dealer installed option and not a factory installed hitch then you can remove it and install hitch # 75527 as long as the existing hitch is not welded on.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for the hitch and a video showing an installation on a 2008 Tundra. I also recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the truck does not already have a trailer wiring harness/connector then you can add trailer wiring using # C59496.
