What Prevents Algae From Growing in Yakima RoadShower Portable Solar Shower

How do you keep Algae from growing in this shower tube? And how do you clean the shower tube inside?

Algae needs sunlight and carbon dioxide to grow so since the Yakima RoadShower Portable Solar Shower # Y29VR doesn't let light in it can't grow in the main tank and since there won't be air in the semi transparent tube it can't grow.
The best way to keep this clean is to not keep water in it when not in use. You shouldn't drink the water from this either.
