Is The Rubber Cushion In The Lippert Trailair Rota-Flex Pin Box Replaceable

Question:
i have a Trailair Rota Flex fith wheel. The cushion block shifted to one side and is wearing uneven. it is a 2020 model. two questions, were can I get a replacement cushion block and can I replace it my self or does it require special tools?

The cushion block on the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328330 is not a replaceable part so I would first reach out to Lippert directly to see if this would qualify for a warranty replacement. If not you'd be looking at replacing the entire pin box. To do this you would have to first determine the bolt pattern. There's typically a sticker that has a serial number and RPO number that we can use to verify the bolt pattern, otherwise you'll need to follow the steps listed in the attached help article below to measure for your bolt pattern.
If this is the route you're going to take we can also look a different style pin boxes to better suit your needs. I see you have an Andersen coupler on the king pin so if you'd prefer gooseneck towing we could swap you over to a gooseneck pin box. Let me know what you think and I can help find the components for you.
