Question:
How wide are the flat hooks on the 3” ratchet straps? The stake pockets on my trailer are 3 9/16” wide on the inside. It’s an aluminum trailer rated for 10k, and has the safety rail welded to the outside of the pockets. Looking to haul a 6700lb tractor. I’m guessing the steel chain end straps would be a bad idea. Thanks! Bill S.

I went out to the warehouse to measure the hooks of the # 58514 for you, and found they are 3-3/4" wide so you'll need to go with some different straps.
I recommend going with 3 of the # EM78527-MS which is a smaller 2" strap, but will fit inside of your stake pockets and using 3 of them will be more than enough for a 6,700lb tractor.
