Can I use the gooseneck ball as a regular gooseneck hook up on the Anderson hitches

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter # AM3200 technically could be used to connect to a gooseneck trailer, but the ball would sit much higher than normal gooseneck towing and make the trailer too nose high. If you have base rails the better option would be the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16085. This would mount into the base rails and give you a gooseneck ball attachment point.
