Using Propane Grill That Connects to 1 lb Tank With Larger Tank on RV
Updated 06/05/2023 | Published 06/01/2023 >
Question:
I have a propane tank mounted on my rv that has a dual regulator on it. I am only going to use this propane to use a Coleman table top 2 burner stove and a portable Weber table top grill. They both hook up to 1LB bottle propane but I want to use them off my mount tank. I bought some hoses that hook up to everything but no gas comes out. A note says to remove the regulators on the rv tank as it is low pressure. Do you know of any solutions for me?

I assume both your Coleman stove and Weber grill have regulators on them, and if so, all you need to do is use a tee that goes in between your regulator and propane tank. This will allow you to hook up both your stove and grill to the disposable cylinder port; what you need is the following:
- Propane T-Fitting for Type 1 Valve - Disposable Cylinder Ports # 37207-30215
