Can the Fulton fold-away tongue kit be used on the Malone EcoLight Sport trailer? If so, is drilling required?

Yes, you can use the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit part # FHDPB230101 on a Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer part # MAL53FR. I did an install video on this kit if you'd like to take a look below, it should be much easier for you as you don't have brakes. It does require drilling, there's one that you can weld (part # FHDPW230300) but being galvanized I don't recommend this.
