Question:
Was thinking about adding the sumo springs to the rear of my 2005 workhorse W22. Just wondering if they would make much of a difference since I have a rear sway bar already.

Yes, the SumoSprings Maxim kit part # SSR-280-54-1 would work great to improve the ride quality and handling of your 2005 Workhorse W22 that already has a rear sway bar installed on it. This will further create more stability and get rid of any remaining sway left.
