No, the Universal Tow Bar Adapter for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Baseplate # RM62ZR will not work with your Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 521433-1. That base plate kit is a crossbar style and the adapters work for the Direct-Connect styles. But I do have an option for you.
You would want to use the RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter # RM-033 along with the Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00.
