I have a classic 3500 drw with a draw tite hitch Ibought from you. no steps. I am looking for the rear camper tie down. what will work with a dulley?

The correct rear camper tie-down for your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic 3500 long bed is the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLR3501.
The other thing you may need, since you have a dually, is the TorkLift Camper Anchor Relocation Kit # TLA7004.
This will be needed if the distance between the front bumper of your camper and the center of the rear anchor point is less than 90 inches.
