If you're trying to gain more clearance you could have a welder add in a spacer to the frame with some metal tubing but would need to ensure that tube is rated high enough to handle the pressure of the jack pushing against it. You could then use some self-tapping bolts with some Loctite on the threads to prevent them from backing out.
