May I purchase only the two mounting bracket and washers and bolts without the bumper as I currently have a good bumper but rusted L shaped brackets. If possible, what is the cost and what would the shipping via us postal service be to Hawaii? Thank you very much

The mount kit for the # 71000 bumper is indeed sold separately as part # 95500. You can order it online from our website by using the product link provided below or by calling our Customer Service folks at 800-298-8924.
