Does TH62RE Hitch pin have a snap on lock?

The Threaded Hitch Pin # TH62RE matches up with the Lock Housing # 753-3725-02, all of which is included with the Snug Tite Hitch Lock Kit # THSTL2. This isn't a snap-on lock housing though, as you have to place the housing over the pin and then turn the lock core to lock it.
