Yes, it will. The etrailer Hitch item # e98852 is confirmed to fit the 2018 Ram 1500's that did not come with a hitch from the factory. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ram with included hardware.

I really like the etrailer Hitch item # e98852 because it bolts to the brace behind your bumper. This is one of if not the easiest hitches to install on a vehicle. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight. These capacities can be increased to 10,000 lbs and 1,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop.
