Can these hubs be oil bath or do they have to have grease?

The seals of the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers # HYD54FR that you referenced are for grease applications and would not work with oil. The big advantage to grease over oil is that if something happens to the seal the hub and spindle aren't destroyed by the time you find out like what happens with oil bath setups.
