Question:
I have a old dump truck that my brother and I cut into a trailer, it has a dually rear axle. My question is will the Demco coupler DM8102232 have enough fluid flow for the drum brakes considering they are not your traditonal trailer brakes? or is there more fluid flow with the disc brake coupler DM8105422 Thanks!

I would imagine it has to do with the brakes installed on the old dump truck. The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator for Drum Brakes # DM8102232 should be producing about 1,200 psi of hydraulic pressure while the Disc Brake Alternative # DM8105422 will be producing a higher 1,600 psi of hydraulic pressure.
If your converted trailer has drum brakes then you'll likely need the drum brake actuator, but if it has disc brakes then the higher rating of the disc brake actuator should be the right option for you.
