Roof Rack and Kayak Carrier Recommendation for 2018 Honda HR-V with Naked Roof

Hello, I have a 2018 Honda HrV and want to be able to carry a Hobie Mirage Oasis Duo Kayak which weighs 96 lbs is 146inch in length and 33 inches width. The top of my HrV is bare. can you put together a recommend purchase list that includes everything I need?

First you will need to start with a roof rack that fits your 2018 Honda HR-V with a naked roof. For that you'd want the Rhino Rack Vortex rack part # RRVA118B-2 # RRRLKVA # DK454 which I really like because it gives you a higher quality roof rack at a better price than similar racks. Then for a kayak carrier you'd need one with a higher weight capacity for your 96 lb kayak which we offer with the etrailer # e98878. This rack actually has a 150 lb weight capacity and beside that aspect it's a really nice and easy to use rack that also isn't super expensive.
