The Yakima MajorShady 270 Awning # Y72AV will work with your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo Van if you have a Yakima platform or crossbars with top channels to accept the t-bolts of the mounting brackets. The support poles are 8-1/2' tall so you might run into some height issues but you can always use some buckets with sand to help make up the height difference and to help stabilize the legs without having to use stakes.

Other than that you should be good to go with the MajorShady and can get out out on the road.
