Does Going from Steel to Aluminum Trailer Wheels Require Different Lug Nuts

Do I need to install new lug nuts going from Painted steel wheel to aluminum wheels?

Aluminum trailer wheels like the Loadstar part # AM31245 that you referenced have steel sleeves where the lug nuts contact which means you do not need to use different lug nuts from what you have now that you were using with your steel wheels. There would be no issues due to dissimilar metals.
