The Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3S158 you were looking at does not include a center cap, so you will have to purchase one separately.
I recommend the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug - 3.19" Pilot - Stainless Steel # LHCS102-SI60C which will fit perfectly and has a removable plug so you can grease easy lube spindles if you have them.
