Question:
What would be appropriate idler hub assembly for Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Standard Duty - No - 4 Bolt Flange - 2,000 lbs Item # ASR2000S02? 5 on 4.5” wheel

Expert Reply:
The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR2000S02 uses the #84 spindle which is commonly found on a 3,500LB trailer axle. This will allow you to use 2 of the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assemblies # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K to mount your wheels with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. The hub comes pregreased with bearings, races and grease seal installed. Be sure to use a Lithium complex grease like the LubriMatic # L11390 when you add grease through the grease zerk to fill the hub.
