The AO Coolers Carbon Series Cooler Bag part # AC28FR is made overseas but it does have a lifetime warranty so if there were every any issues with the cooler bag, you'd be covered. That said, they do make some cooler here domestically like the AO Coolers Leopard Print Cooler Bag part # AC83FR.
