Question:
I ordered this to wire my truck for flat towing behind a RV. It now looks like this wont work or will it. My truck already has a trailer package. Is the diode wired for receiving power from the rv? Can the RV 4 wire be plugged into this 4wire off the diode? And alow the RV to work the brake and turn signals?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Curt T-Connector # C63NR you're installing on your 2021 Ford F-150 is designed to send power to a trailer, but for a flat tow setup you need a wiring harness designed to receive power, and for that I recommend the Roadmaster diode kit:
- Hybrid # RM-15267
- non-Hybrid # RM26FR
Both parts are installed by splicing into the wiring on your truck and gives you everything you need to get the power from the RV plug back to the tail lights on your F-150.
