In order to replace a Thule lock cylinder such as # THLOCKN102 you will first need to make sure it is in the unlocked position. Then you will insert the universal change key, # 853-1251 if you need one. You can then pull out the old lock cylinder. You may need to push slightly up or down while pulling out the lock otherwise the key will just pull out.
To put in the new lock cylinder insert the change key into it then push the whole assembly into the lock hole. Hold the lock face with your finder or a small screwdriver and pull the key out.
That is all there is to it!
