Question:
Is this a direct replacement for a Dometic Brisk 2 system? meaning, will I have to cut or modify anything? thanks

Since you already have an AC system in place the only "modifying" you might need to do is using some HVAC foil tape in the cutout hole to cover any openings in the ceiling if you plan on installing the system as ductless so that all the air passes straight down instead of leaking into the ceiling.
Other than that swapping your Dometic Brisk II out for the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR25PR should be pretty straight forward.
