The etrailer Classic Base Plate Kit # e98968 would require an adapter to be compatible with a Blue Ox tow bar. It would definitely be a lot easier to simply pull up onto a tow dolly than setup everything to flat tow, but you would be left with essentially a trailer to deal with when you reach your destination, so a lot of people see that as the one major drawback.
If you have enough room at the campsites you travel to then I'd say to go with a dolly like The Demco Kar Kaddy # DM9713093. If you're looking to save space and go through with flat towing then I have the following recommendations for you to go along with the etrailer baseplate you were inquiring about:
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables included and has an adjustable head and shank to help keep the tow bar level between your motorhome and Fiesta.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK. This magnetic light kit is really simple to install. Just plug in and run the wire harness to the back of your Fiesta and the magnetic bases of the lights will keep them secured to the roof of your Fiesta.
The battery does need to be disconnected if you flat tow so if you'd prefer to have this as easy as flipping a switch you can install the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM-766.
Braking System: Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39494. This portable braking system has a bit of initial setup to get it powered but afterwards will only require a few minutes to get set in place.
I've attached some videos below going over these parts but if you still have some questions just let me know.
