Question:

Trying to install my hitch and the side mounting holes to the frame do not line up on either side of the vehicle. I can only get 1 bolt in as the side brackets appear to be twisted

There are some occasions where the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11419 for your 2018 Kia Soul can become twisted/flexed during shipping. The good news is because this is made from a mild steel it can be flexed back to the correct shape allowing you to install it on your Soul.
