Does the 2.5K Bulldog Utility Winch Come Without a Manual Clutch Lever

Hi Can you provide attached Bulldog winch without the clutch?

The Bulldog Utility Winch part # BD54FR come equipped with a manual clutch lever that will be used to put the winch in free-spool mode so you can let line out faster by hand and not wear out the motor. It's not offered without this manual clutch lever but you don't have to use it so I'm not sure why you want one without it. That said, if you can let me know why I may have another option for you.
I have attached for you below a list of our electric winch selection but all of the ones I looked at had a manual clutch lever.
