Where To Find Model Number and How To Troubleshoot Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven

Question:

I have a 2018 Heartland North Trail travel trailer with a Furrion oven/range. I bought the trailer used and have no manual for the Furrion so I do not know the model number. It is black with 3 burners and an oven there are 5 knobs on the front with the igniter being all the way to the left. I am experiencing difficulty getting the oven, and now the burners as well, to ignite while turning the ignition knob. Is there a battery in this type of ignition knob? How do I go about determining the origion and nature of the problem? Thank you for any help you can offer.

In order to find the model number on a Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven like part # FR37KR you will need to pull this out away from the cabinets and then look on the left hand side of the unit for a white sticker with barcode which should then display the model number.
