Question:
Is there something else I can use to attach my rock tamers to rather than having a ball sticking out the back of my truck. Do they make a blank hitch, just a flat plate on it. I pull a 5th wheel and don’t need the ball. Thank you

Since you're looking at the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 3" Hitches # RT54FR I'll assume you have a 3" receiver tube opening.
I believe I might just have what you're looking for with the Curt Solid Steel 2" Hitch Bar with Raw Finish # D29. This solid shank has a total length of 10" and would require a reducer like # e33YR to go with your 3" hitch down to the 2" shank. With this you would also need to switch to the 2" hub Rock Tamers # ERT00108 in order for it to be compatible with the shank.
