The Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate part # W94NF which is a fit for a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 as you mentioned will most likely interfere with any front sensors. There isn't much that can be done about this sadly. That said, you should be able to turn the sensors off using the in-dash setting depending on what they are so you don't get any sort of error messages on the dash.
