I have a solution for you but Demco does not have a baseplate kit for a 2023 Ford Bronco. However, if you are using a Demco tow bar there is an adapter available that will work with the item # RM79RR baseplate you were looking at. It is the Demco Tow Bar Adapter Kit for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates item # DM9523032.

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM79RR is confirmed to fit your 2023 Ford Bronco with the standard plastic bumper.
