There was a design change of all Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receivers which includes the Draw-Tite Front Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65069 for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler to get rid of the extra pin hole on the receiver tube used for a stabilizing pin. The new hithes all come with just one standard 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole. Therefore, it sounds like you just have the newest model available and there are no issues.
